So the day arrived..Craig had already purchased the tiles and all the other bits so I didn’t have to worry about quantities or grouting.   

His workmanship was absolutely fantastic…as each day went by I was so thrilled with what he was doing. He even wrote on each tile to indicate what time I could step on it….honestly nothing was forgotten and I was still asking questions which he thoughtfully answered with such reassurance.  

The tiles were down and every morning I come into my kitchen and smile.. I absolutely love what Craig has done and really can’t thank him enough.

“Going into a big renovation is always a daunting experience. The combination of the financial outlay, living through a home in disarray with small children and the fear that you may have chosen the wrong tradespeople is enough to send anyone into a tailspin. All those fears were put to rest when Craig and Rich came on site.

The work we had done consisted of an entirely new kitchen (complete with moving plumbing to create an island and a re-poured floor to level a significant drop), knocking through to the garage to create and install a utility room, and re-pouring the lounge/dining room floor and laying laminate throughout the downstairs. No small task! As well as having to make right some less than perfect work performed by a previous contractor, Craig and Rich always kept us in the loop of what was going on and adopted a consultative approach as our plans came to life. They never presented us with problems, only options and solutions. What might have been an incredibly stressful period actually ended up fun, and we genuinely missed their cheerful presence and banter once they’d left. In addition to that, our dream kitchen and utility is absolutely stunning.
